This week we're thirsty for cactus cardio. Pack your gym bag and toss in a CALIWATER; sweating in the desert has never been so sweet.
This Canadian adventurer doesn't discriminate when it comes to getting in a good workout; he moves in sand, snow, and everything in between. Here he is shredding in Huacachina, Peru.
MS Run the Us showcases America's wild side (via a 3,100 mile relay run) while also raising awareness of multiple sclerosis and supporting those who live with the disease. The relay course is from LA to NYC, with some pretty awesome desert treks in between.

Valerie is based in San Fran, but her stretches and poses know no bounds. She's already conquered the Southwest -- catch her stunning images in Joshua Tree (CA), Sugarloaf Summit Trail (AZ), and Valley of Fire State Park (NV) -- and we can't wait to see where she goes on her next adventure.
The desert is our muse and our gym.
CALIWATER is the ultimate gym-bag essential! Even @elleusa agrees: "The deal with cactus water is that it has taurine," says L.A.-based dietitian Shira Lenchewski. "Taurine is an amino acid that is naturally made in the body. It functions as a really powerful antioxidant, so it helps to quench free radicals and [reverse] muscle tissue damage. But then on top of that, it has been shown to improve athletic performance by increasing the body's ability to transport and utilize oxygen (VO2max), and the length of time before exhaustion sets in." #CactusCardio
